Sophie leads conservation assessments, treatment decisions, restoration work and the studio’s commissioned art practice. Her approach pairs close material observation with the eye of a working artist — careful, visually sensitive and specific to the object in front of her.
Studio Operations & Administrative Coordinator
Reba keeps Kroeker Art organized behind the scenes: internal scheduling, project documentation, records, vendor coordination, supply tracking and the day-to-day systems that keep the studio moving.
With a background in customer experience and office operations, she anticipates needs, tightens workflows and makes sure details don’t get lost between projects — so Sophie can stay focused on the work.
